Road freight from Türkiye to Russia and Central Asia: what you need to know

Truck on a snowy highway, aerial view

Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Mongolia are important markets for food and industrial goods from Türkiye. For a smooth shipment on these routes, a few things need to be planned correctly before the truck sets off.

Complete documentation

The CMR consignment note, commercial invoice and packing list are the basic documents of international road freight. For food products, additional documents such as a phytosanitary or veterinary certificate may be required depending on the product. Having documents ready and consistent before loading significantly reduces waiting time at the border.

Plan for the season

In winter, temperatures on these routes can fall far below −20 °C. Not only frozen goods but also fresh products that must not freeze are at risk. Reefer trucks protect the load from frost as well as keeping it cool, so they are the right choice for fresh goods in winter too.

Tracking and communication

On long routes, knowing where your cargo is matters for delivery planning. Denizer Transport vehicles are tracked 7/24 by GPS, and our operations team shares location and temperature updates regularly.
